Innerstargazing Yin
Your light is the bright shining star of the inner sky of your being. In this class we breathe within our inner cosmic state of being as we begin to see ourselves in a whole new way.  In yoga we have yin + yang, lunar + solar, feminine + masculine, respectively. Therefore the yin practice is a more introspective approach as we melt in the postures for a bit longer (about 3-7 minutes.) I encourage you to take this time to see yourself differently, to feel into the places that might be numb, avoided, or even shadowy. We breathe deep in the practice as a way to guide our prana (life force) into these darker crevices that might be yearning to be enhanced, healed, or restored. I invite you to make a cup of tea, have a journal handy, and get cozy as we melt into ourselves. Sound bath included in Savasana

Inner Sparkle Flow
In yoga we are taught that there is the self and the higher Self. The self is the form connected to ego where most of us operate from on a daily basis. The concept behind inner sparkle flow is that you learn how to discern between the self and Self, so that you can be connected to a higher state of consciousness, this is the inner spark. From this state we are elevated, creative, and open to receive. This spark can shine throughout your entire state of being as we clear out the nadhis/energetic channels, so that your energy/your light can permeate through your entire internal landscape + radiate beyond your physical form, thus shining some light to enhance the lives/the world around you.

High Vibez- Vo-ga Vinyasa Flow
Essentially, I don't want you to forget what the weekend felt like. The feeling of freedom, fun, and spontaneity. This class is full on sass. If you're looking for something traditional, I suggest you try the other videos. In this class the essence of yoga is woven throughout the class, we use the asanas as a foundation for the practice but fuse it together with various dance techniques, this gives freedom to you to move as you please, and if you end up just having a dance party instead, be my guest.
