With the current health crisis spreading throughout the world, it’s a sign for a serious paradigm shift, where health is supported by local communities and citizens take full responsibility for their own wellbeing. While some external forces are uncontrollable, we can enhance our inner worlds and participate in the creation of our reality, making our body ripe for miracles.
Self-care, as we know it, is a way to counterbalance the effects of the repetitive triggering of the stress response, isn’t fulfilling the requirements in order to live a vibrant life. If we want to live a joyful, healthy and heartful life we need to commit to RADICAL SELF-CARE which involves living in alignment with your truth, setting boundaries, a sense of connection and belonging, spending time doing things that you love and surrounding yourself with love.
